Project Overview

The Product

NextiNnot is a digital agency dedicated to app and website development through UX research, UI design, and business strategies.  As of 2022, the company decided to focus business efforts primarily on monthly website management services. They want to make their company website to reflect their goals and business while also highlighting more recent works.

The Problem

After some research I determined that a software agency need to be more user friendly and it reflect the all the works in the agency. To make a first impression for a client the home page must be attractive. The homepage was comprised of an unresponsive background video that disappeared a second after the page loaded.The homepage also lacked branding and sufficient information about the company.A severely unnecessary, oversized footer made for an unpleasant visual experience. The design need to specific and more visualy appealing. Need to be stand out from more of the agencies.

The Solution

Showcase client’s work in a visually pleasing manner is important in a agency so the works that done by agency is more eye catching .Design an interface which reflected the company’s spirit is important. Propose solutions and validate their existence. NextiNno target market included company owners, managers, CEOs, startups, new businesses, essentially anyone in the position of seeking aid from a digital agency.

The Goal

The primary goal of this project is to increase customers into NextiNnO and make a user friendly resposive website.

My Role

I led full UX Process with the help of some users and made a visually appealing website ui. Improved customer experience and increased clients.

Create UX for the website, test for usability and visual design

Strategy

The team first diverged to brainstrom and roughly sketch out concepts. In this phase, I focused on efficient usage of the multiple attraibutes in a high-level information layout. Before we could begin brainstorming ways to satisfy the user’s wants, we had to understand how the users interact with NextiNno agency website.

1. A head banner was used initially, a video was later introduced after talking with the client. This promotes higher trust when users land on the page.
2. For mobile version we changed the view more userfriendly by changing visual apperance.

Impacts

It’s an exciting time when your creations go live. Launching to the world represents the blood, sweat, and tears everyone poured into the product.The NextiNno agency website will be more user friendly and usable.
